Before our first session, it's wise to call your insurance company to determine your coverage so there are no surprises.
Let them know I am out of network (OON)
Ask your insurance:
What is my copayment? Have I met my co-pay?
What is my deductible? How much have I paid?
Ask if they pay for telehealth modifier 95 CPT code 90837?
and CPT 90791 diagnostic intake session?
I send claims to Integrity Administor Insurance on your behalf.
For most other insurances, I require payment before each session.
I email superbills to you, or to your insurance, which will send you reimbursements.
