I have been doing this sacred work for more than 20 years. I care about my clients and have many tools and techniques to help you feel better. I use somatic therapy- to connect and love your body, and heal the body, CBT- changing your thoughts, which change your emotions , behaviors and feelings; Hypnotherapy, trauma therapy, and more.

I will work with you to heal your mind, body, and spirit.
